Studies showed that one of the main bottlenecks in stores was having customers getting in queues waiting for checkout.
That was the starting point of a new project : "Digital Store".
Having salespersons able to show to customers the products in the catalog, check stocks and perform the sale directly in front of the customer.
The application was originally developed with traditional technologies but after a few years, Darty had lost control over the application and needed to rebuild in short time with the same level of personnalization and with.
